12th January 2017 - Some on-line users will be getting an error code 7001 when trying to view their medical records. Our system supplier are aware of the problem and are working on a fix to resolve it but this will take a bit of time. We can try and reset your pin details to try and resolve the problem. This means users would need to create their account again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
