There is a problem with the surgery phone lines randomly notifying patients that the number is unavailable. This has been reported to the CSU help desk and is currently being investigated. Please note that appointments are available to book on-line from 8pm in the evening for the next day. We appologise for any inconvenience caused.

Mrs Pat Medford (f)

Pat is the surgery IT & Office Manager, who deals with smooth running of IT as well as managing the Reception team and Medical Secretaries.

Secretarial Staff Led by Pat Medford, IT & Office Manager, the secretarial staff can help and advise you with queries regarding hospital referrals, specific specialist treatment, waiting times and the on-site consultant-run outreach clinics.  They can be contacted by telephone between the hours of 11.00am to 1.00pm.


Reception also led by Pat Medford, the reception team have a lot of information at their fingertips and can answer many of your queries. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence (the practice complies with the Data protection Act 1998). If you are unsure if you need to see a doctor, nurse or health visitor etc, the receptionists can advise you.
